Pricing below is an estimate and varies depending on the following factors: Dinnerware style, number of protein options offered to guests, number of guests, venue location and special dietary restrictions. It is a guideline for Buffet Style dinners. Additional charges may apply for Family Style Service, Plated Dinners and In-Home Cheffing Events. Choice of Spa Water or Iced Tea is included, other options available for an additional charge. Smoked pork shoulder that is covered in our signature rub and served w/Huckleberry Chipotle BBQ Sauce.

Chicken on the bone served hot off the grill smothered in our signature Huckleberry Chipotle BBQ Sauce.

Lemon Garlic Chicken Thighs w/ Mustard Thyme Sauce

Pan seared chicken thighs finished off with a Creamy Lemon Garlic Pan Sauce with a touch of mustard.

Chicken chunks, carrots and celery in our dumpling soup is a classic comfort food favorite.

Cheesy Chicken & Rice with Broccoli Casserole

Tender chunks of chicken with steamed broccoli mixed with rice and cheese sauce and topped with bread crumbles.

 Beef Stroganoff

Penne Pasta tossed with sautéed mushrooms and beef in a creamy garlic sauce.

Seasoned ground beef served on corn or flour tortillas. Served with Spanish Rice, refried beans and all the traditional toppings along with our signature Southwestern Coleslaw.

 Basque Paella

Spanish rice with sauteed veggies cooked down in a tomato garlic-based broth with pan seared chicken and chorizo. Served with a green salad and crusty bread and butter.

Chicken Marsala

Chicken breast that has been dusted with spice infused flour and pan fried, then we smother it in sautéed mushrooms and a rich Marsala Wine Sauce.

 Chicken Parmesan

Breaded chicken breast topped with tomato sauce. Can be topped with mozzarella, parmesan or provolone cheese.

Grilled Margarita Chicken

This dish is a modern spin on a southwest favorite. We marinate our chicken in a cilantro lime sauce to keep it moist, then grill it to perfection and top it with either Mango Salsa or Pico de Gallo.

 Lemon Caper Chicken Piccata

 Dusted in seasoned flour then pan-fried with shallots, capers and tomatoes then topped with Lemon Wine Sauce

Can substitute pork medallions for the chicken upon request.

Smoked Turkey or Brisket

House Smoked and served with our signature Huckleberry Chipotle BBQ Sauce or Cranberry Pear Chutney.

Roasted Pork

We use fresh herbs and our special dry rub to cover our pork roast, then slow roast it to perfection and serve with Cranberry Pear Chutney.

Beef Pot Roast

 Roasted with potatoes, carrots, onions and celery in a brown gravy.

Grilled Tri Tip or Flank Steak

Hand tenderized and marinated for at least 24 hours, then grilled to perfection and served with a fresh Herb and Garlic Chimichurri Sauce or Bourbon Glaze.

Mahi Mahi

This tropical classic is pan seared and topped with Mango Salsa or Cilantro Butter Sauce.

Wild Salmon

Choose between grilled or oven baked, then brushed with Smoked Huckleberry Chipotle Glaze.

Roasted chicken breast with fresh sage and crispy pancetta smothered in a white wine and smoked Gouda cheese sauce.

Stuffed Pork Tenderloin Roulade

Butterflied tenderloin stuffed with cornbread stuffing, wild rice, spinach and toasted walnuts. Then rolled and trussed, slow roasted and topped with Tuscan olive oil, apricot chutney and herb mustard sauce.

Pork Shank Osso Bucco

Slow braised in red wine, garlic, shallots, herbs and tomatoes.

New York Strip

Grilled to perfection and served with roasted garlic gorgonzola shallot butter.

Ale Braised Beef Short Ribs

Seasoned beef ribs slow roasted in local porter with fine diced carrots, onions, celery and tomatoes.

Trussed Tenderloin

Idaho Beef Tenderloin slow roasted with fresh herbs and garlic and served with a green peppercorn morel demi glaze.

Prime Rib

Our prime rib is encrusted with our house rosemary citrus crust, then slow roasted to medium rare on a bed of rosemary. Served with au jus and creamy horseradish sauce.

Idaho Ruby Red Trout

Encrusted in parmesan and panko then pan fried and topped with a lemon caper aioli.

Champagne Poached Wild Salmon

Served with Champagne Dill Beurre Blanc.

Sole Meuniere

Oven baked sole with lemon wine sauce, garlic and fresh herb spinach sauté.
