About Delish Catering
Shannon Berry founded DeLish Catering in 2005. Through her agreement with Lardo’s Restaurant in McCall, Idaho, she was able to take over the catering end of that business. Lardo’s Restaurant, a 39 year pillar of the community, was looking for the right people to uphold their high standards. For Shannon, it was a dream come true. Growing up in the the Lake Tahoe resort community gave her experience in the fine dining and the service industry.Shannon’s recipes have been featured in a coffee table book and the TV cooking show, Cooking in the Northwest. In addition to Delish Catering, she also currently runs Morels Restaurant at Tamarack Resort.
Shannon stays up to date on the latest trends, attending classes and trade shows every year. She knows what’s fashionable and trendy. Safety is also a huge concern in the catering industry. Shannon and all of her employees have Serv-Safe certifications.
Delish has worked hard to develop signature dishes and specializes in promoting Idaho products. She uses local ranches, dairies, and farms whenever possible. Not only is her food prepared fresh, but presentation is of the utmost importance to her.
